Paver strip and seal

Hello I have been asked to strip and seal 5000 Sq ft of pavers and the customer only wants me to do it even though I told him I have no experience with this. I have a hot and a cold washer, surface cleaner a roof chemical pump and a deck spraying rig. My first question is what stripper do you guys recommend? The sealer on it has clouded up because they used sealer that doesn't let the moisture escape. It's right over the water so moisture is an issue, I think Seal n Lock will fix that because it allows the moisture to escape. Not sure what stripper to use though. Thanks in advance.
