Sign epoxy/adhesive on dryvit of stucco

I am bidding a building wash that the new owners of the building want all of the old plastic letter signs removed from the building. Not to hard, bust the plastic apart and then I can pry the mount off of the building fairly easy, the only problem is that leaves some of the epoxy/adhesive behind on the building. I know we use to use that brown constuction grade adhesive that comes in tubes like silicone to install these type of letters, that is what this looks like. Anyone have any ideas on how to get that off of the building.
