Hello guys, got an invitation to bid on pressure cleaning the northern side of a 7 floor hotel, basically they want the green mold, mildew and black stain from gutter leak to be removed, i visited the site and basically the whole front
needs cleaning on different spots, the question is. should i charge to spot clean or the entire area?

Zohany, there is no way you could spot clean. I'm not sure of your technique. Are you familiar with tools like the X-Jet and chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite? What pressure would you typically use to clean a building?
