Senate considering new EPA water regulations

I just saw on Fox that the Senate is considering a new bill that will allow the EPA to regulate smaller bodies of water and streams. Stated "it will put the teeth back into the Clean Water Act like it was first passed". Look out folks this could be bad bad bad. Sounded like they are trying to include ANY body of water or stream that flows period. I don't know all the details I just know what I just heard but it sounded like something the UAMCC should look into and keep an eye on as it pertains to us.

Giving the EPA more power isn't a good thing, heck they just last week declared carbon monoxide a toxin so they could regulate it into the ground if we don't LET them pass the cap and trade bill. Making the cap and trade the better of two evils. Thats how they roll now......

Carbon Dioxide isn't a toxin? Not to mention responsible for global warming.
