very nice set up how much did your rig set you back did you build it your self or did you have it built very nice though

Put it together myself for about $300.00. The spot spraying tanks are available at several sources. I bought the spot sprayer and trailer at Tractor Supply;

I replaced the gun, lance and hose that came with the spot sprayer with a stainless steel lance, LH100 gun and 50' of braided chemical hose. Added a group 24 battery and box. 2 GPM @ 60 PSI. 110 degree tip.

I have a dealer account set-up with Interstate battery, so I get batteries at 1/2 cost. All together I think I spend about $330.00.

This is a great idea. I guess if I wanted to do something like this, then my two 33 gallon totes would come in handy!

I actually did something similar. I use a hand truck that can be converted to a trolley, the battery charger/air compressor/AC inverter/USB outlet and 16 gal sprayer from Northern. I added a cigarette lighter plug that plugs into the battery. (I always carry the charger thing, just in case of a whole bunch of things!)

Finally have it put together, thanks to all the rain days I've had. Put all this together, including the group 24 battery for just about $300.00.

NICE!!! All you need is a pair of fuzzy dice and a sound system and you can go cruisin on Main street with that.

Do you keep it on a seperate rig or did you make room on your trailer? Mix chem on spot or bring full from home?

Guess I need to order the fuzzy dice and a sound system. I knew I was forgetting something. Thanks Florin. :coool:

I don't have enough room left on my commercial trailer after installing a generator to run lights and the soon to be installed second 35 gallon chemical tank.

I will haul the cart rig in the back of my pick-up (emptied) and fill in on-site from my chemical tanks. Any excess will be returned to the chemical tank and the spray rig will be completely rinsed with clear water after each shift.

I have a big job scheduled for Sunday and a parking garage next weekend. Will be putting the new set-up to work on both projects.

Jim I noticed there may be 1 to many bikes taking space in your garage.Since I'm sure you need that space to store equipment I am willing to take the white one off your hands out of the kindness of my heart.........LOL.

Nice chem set up.
