Pricing for approx. 21,000 sq. ft. of concrete to clean and seal. This is sidewalk and 3 ft. tall concrete rails that span the length of a local dam. Never been cleaned or sealed and has a 2 lane road that runs down the middle of it. This is a Federal Maintained dam. What is a good concrete sealer-that will protect against de-icing salt. I need to price this to clean and seal, traffic control figured in, plus possibly night work to try and eliminate some safety issues with the traffic, and rental of lighting for night work. Thanks.

I would check with Rich Colletti (sp?). President and owner of Seal N Lock. He would be able to speak to you about the "de icing" and the appropriate sealant that you would need.

I use his products on all my sealant jobs but am not sure whether or not the Seal N Lock product would be appropriate for this one. It is rated for commercial work again he would be the best person to start with regarding the sealant.
