• As of January 1, 2018 The brand new logo that was created and released in 2017 will be the only official logo in affect and allowed to be used on any electronic media however, any such media like truck wraps, stationary, and postcards will be grandfathered in. Contributing Members will be allowed to use the UAMCC logo in any advertising. Permission to use the logo otherwise must be in writing. Logos used in electronic formats (ie: Websites, forums, etc.) must be linked back to the member’s profile in the UAMCC directory. We have been after this one particular property management company for over 3 years and today we closed the deal on over 60 shopping centers twice a year for 3 years!

Good job man. I couldnt agree more about the economy and how they are spending. We have already doubled our numbers from last year. But adding a truck and an excellent operations manager had nothing to do with that....LOL

So far this month we have picked up 49 service stations on one account, 5 more stations on another, 18 hardees on 1 account, 2 High Rises, and now 61 shopping centers.

Just checked my email we got the go ahead on an apartment community with 328 units, doing buildings, walkways, landings and interior breezeways and walls.
