First Job: House with a lot of bushes/plants concern

So I got my first job next weekend. A contractor I know. I want to do a great job because he works for a contracting company and does estimates. i told him if he recommends me to clients, I'd give him 10% of my gross. Anyway, he has a lot of plants/bushes, etc. His house has a lot of mildew on it so i plan on using a mix of 1/2 gallon of Powerhouse (sunbrite) 1 gallon of bleach (12%) and the rest water. using m5 xjet with no proportioner. Was planning on drenching all the surrounding foiage then covering with light plastic dropcloths, putting cleaner on the house, waiting, then washing, then wetting foliage again. How's my mix of chemiucals and game plan?

Thanks

Depends? Where are you located? If your in my neighborhood yo can burn plants easily, if you are in Maine its a different story all together.

I do use a stronger mix than that though.

I live in north Jersey. Do you have a general mix you use or really epends on the house? What would be a good mix/ratio of chemicals do you think?
Thanks
