As the leading provider of professional non pressure commercial roof cleaning in ThePoconos (Carbon, Monroe, Northampton, Pike and Wayne Counties) we werecontacted by the owner and developer of this strip mall, located in EastStroudsburg, PA 18301 to provide roof cleaning of over 13,000 square foot of actual roof shingle. The roof on this strip mall/plaza was covered in blackalgae stains/streaks.
We met with the developer/owner and had the opportunity to educate him on the cause ofthe ugly black algae stains/streaks on the roof and a course of action tocorrect the issue. We worked after normal scheduled hours (11pm) to complete the work without interrupting the continuity of work for the retailers andtheir customers. Local authorities were notified in advance as we set up some industrial lighting to assist us.
The entireroof was treated with our Pocono Non Pressure Roof Cleaning treatment. As can be seen in the photos the black algae stains were removed safely andeffectively. The customer was extremely happy with the services we provided.
