12" surface cleaners ???

Are they worth it? Are they easy and fast to use cleaning walls? I have just under a mile of red brick wall to clean its 7 feet tall and full of mold. I was thinking the 12 may work, that or a roto tip. Any thoughts or advice?

I have one. Used once and then threw it in the back of my garage. Tried to use it for the same thing you are but with a concrete wall. It kept wanting to hover off the wall. Also mine the tips were too close to the surface and at times when I pushed harder the skirt bended and the tips hit the wall. Might just be that I have a POS surfacer.

...or, you may have the wrong-sized nozzles! But yeah, the wall-washer can be more of a pain, especially on rough surfaces.
