I need the forum's input on this matter.
There are some occasional pressure cleaning jobs that comes along that encompasses painting. I would really prefer to pretty much stick with just pressure cleaning but realizing that I live in a small market flexibility is vital.
should I work together with a painting contractor? or leave the jobs that require painting services alone?
If I decide to work along with a painting contractor what terms of the agreement or profit sharing should be considered?
