So I'm kicking around the idea of using these forms during estimates. We will continue to use our digital system for actual estimates, but when talking with a potential client we will use this to take notes (to go with photos) and offer other services to the customer. I may include this on the actual estimate we send over for 1. That way we don't forget to bid something (or bid it incorrectly) and for 2, if there is a site Hazard. It's got previous documentation(along with before photos).
