Stain on composite deck

Hey guys, have a composite deck with these stains on them from where the mats sit. Tried several cleaners, and scrubbing (way more than I wanted too) and the stains didn't even start to budge. Has anyone run into these before and how did you get them up? I have not done a whole lot of composite so did not know if I was out of the loop on something. Luckily this is my brothers home and it was that family charity work we have so much time for, so I can go back and clean it up if there is a solution. But would love any tips so that I can be more effective for a customer in the future...also what chemical do you regularly use on composite? I was just using my normal vinyl house wash.
