Dumpster Pads ~ Extra Cost?

Do you charge extra if you have to actually move a dumpster out of the way when you are cleaning the pads? What about the empty beer kegs and other "stuff" that find it's way to being stored in that area.

One account that I did, Chevy's Restraunts, always had crap stored in the dumptster area. Took my guys about 30 minutes to move stuff around before we could even wash.

How do you all handle this?

Just curious.

I agree with Ron I don't move any thing with out a little extra... If I move a dumpster I charge an extra $30 @ least..... I move them with a pallet jack...
most wont have them moved and to be honest I don't like moving them...lol

Good stuff...so moving dumpsters in NOT inline with our contract specifications.
