Precast cleaning

Bidding two buildings where they only want part of the building done. The red brick building is ten years old and all the stone around the top and other areas is pre cast. I plan on calling some suppliers on Tuesday for chem recommendations. My concern is that some will run onto the brick especially around the top of the building and may leave some streaks. Anyone done a wash like this before?

The light colored brick building was built in 1939. They only want the band around the front cleaned. All the stone below looks like some kind of aggregate / precast. Any input from others who have done these would be appreciated.
