removing stain off stamped concrete

Does anyone know of a good product to remove stain and sealer off of stamped concrete? The h/o doesn't remeber what he used but he did tell me the first time it was solvent based the next was water based. any ideas on breakin the stain and sealer. thanks.

The guy used some stain to color the concrete then sealed it. It wasnt an acid stain I think it was Behr stain from home depot. By the way it's about 800sf of pool deck.

The Stripper Cream would work better then the Stripsol. Here is the differences:

SuperSeal Stripper:
-effective almost immediately.
-contains methylene chloride, a known carcinogen
-not environmentally friendly

Stripper Cream:
-sodium hydroxide stripper.
-applies and will need to sit overnight to be effective
-environmentally friendly
