Randy, it's round course brush used by log restoration guys. It attaches to a variable speed polisher. Its a great tool for de-furring a deck, especially spindles. You use it at low rpm.

Randy it's a cup brush with nylon bristles. There like 50.00 to 100.00 so shop around because of the BIG price difference from a warehouse to a DIY'er sight. They work great on Makita 9227c polishers. I think Harbor Freight makes a decent knock off of the Makita for like 50.00 bucks.

Oh and Carlos's don't forget a nice bank bag to keep the checks!! :Smiley-2035:
