I think you will have a difficult time stripping the latex with the product. I used that product for deck stripping and it is designed for oil based products.

Did you do a test area before you bid the project?

No Bid, It's a long time customer ,I have other things to do there , the deck is a by the hour job, so back to the original question ,ratio ??, or what do you recommend for a stripper ?

Marc,

Matthew is right, ACR 760 or any NaOH based strippers are not designed to remove latex paints/stains.

For water based latex/acrylic coatings, we have used a product, Back to Nature BFSII. Works well, but expensive and difficult to get in some areas of the country.

You can try Eaco Chem's Stripper Cream. Tom at ACR carries it. Very caustic so handle with care. Not as effective as the BFSII, but we have used it to remove 1 layer of latex.
