Jeff, on real high gutter lines (35'+) we X-Jet on a butyl cleaner or Bob's F-13. I buy the same 10" truck brushes. Have you seen that contoured brush Sunbrite has?

F-13 seems to work well for us but it has what I call a dwell time window. Maybe 1 minute to 2 minutes, don't hold me to that time. Before or after it doesn't work well unless you reapply. We use truck stack brushes.

I use F-13 after a splash of house wash and scrub with Bobs salt & pepper brush.

Thats the brush that I use. I have a hard time keeping it attached to the pole though. It unscews itself sometimes.

I use a seperate solution in a bucket of water. I go around and apply with the brush, let dwell, re-apply if neccessary, then rinse with a water hose.

This is an additional step done after the original housewash/roof clean etc. that is upcharged.

Ive tried Jims method but it doesnt work for me. This method has worked the best so far.

How about some commercial carpenters glue squirted on the threads before you screw it in?
