• As of January 1, 2018 The brand new logo that was created and released in 2017 will be the only official logo in affect and allowed to be used on any electronic media however, any such media like truck wraps, stationary, and postcards will be grandfathered in. Contributing Members will be allowed to use the UAMCC logo in any advertising. Permission to use the logo otherwise must be in writing. Logos used in electronic formats (ie: Websites, forums, etc.) must be linked back to the member’s profile in the UAMCC directory. Anyone using FM facility maintenance to get jobs?

I had to deal with them, because they started to manage a couple of restaurants that I'm cleaning flatwork for. But they aren't doing anything for me yet.

I don't like dealing with "facility " management companies in general. They don't save the client money, or have the standards I do when it comes to cleaning and customer service. How can they save client money when I charge "X" and they add service charge "Y"? I deal with two of them right now, one a large intetnational company and the other a smaller national company. That being said , the industry is headed that way so if you want large commercial contracts you must learn how to operate within the new business model this causes
