Scott - my original intent was to demonstrate that my 'database' is decaying at a rapid rate. What's the point of selling the benefits of relationships when folks are moving all the god damn time. My demographic is very volatile right now, I've seen it at the starbucks coffee shop - marriages breaking up left and right at about the 20 year mark, when kids are off to college and 'hubby' finds a younger version of his wife to fool around with. Then they split. My town is particularly bad - it has a reputation for couples to move in because there is a great school system - and they usually move out once the kids are through high school. I need to find a town where 50 somethings couples move to.

DJ didnt really do this...well, I'm sure he could and probably has, but this was hypothetical.

All those problems exist everywhere that human beings are.

Unfortunately Scott nailed it. In a small business, success, or the lack thereof, falls directly on the owner or its management. I was just talking to DJ this morning about it. His vigor is what fires me up.

I agree 100%

He is a younger version of me except his drive is combined with focus which is something I lacked back then. I guess it would be more accurate to say my focus was on other things :banane09::cheers2::twokisses:
