Gonna bump this one. I can't see previous answers either. I am interested in your sales pitch/cold calls. I am trying to get into the commercial side, but I need a script until I get better at sales.

And how often do you return for routine cleanings at the different properties? For example...

    Gas stations-every month?
    doctors offices-?
    fast food-?
    storefronts-?
    Other examples-?

Who do you contact for gas stations? Just go in the store and talk to the person on duty and find out who the DM is?
