How cold does it have to be for you to reschedule work?
We had a customer book a house wash in late november. Nice size job about $875 They had been scheduled for a day it was going to be in the 50s or so. We had to cancel due to a tire failure on our truck mounted unit which we needed to get up thier driveway. Notified the customer we will have to keep an eye on the weather. Then the weather turned COLD. 20s at night. They call us everyday to see if we can come out to clean thier house. They demand we get it cleaned before christmas. AHHH good luck with that!! Lack of sceduling on there part does not constitute an emergency on mine. I told them I will call them in the spring. They said they were calling there lawer. I told them he most likely will not come out and clean it in the cold either. LOL They hung up.
We It wasnt just a blowout. Was a ball joint broke. All the other rigs we have were going full steam trying to keep up with the demand this november. By the way I got a call today from that homeowner. They apologized for there actions on the phone and will wait for our company to do the job in the spring.
