Membership Renewal
So I call in the other day to renew the membership and end up leaving a message for Nichole. No big deal. 5 minutes later I get a call back. I'm thinking cool I'll get to talk to Nichole. All I can say is she sounds just like Doug Rucker. ;) Thanks Doug. It was great to talk to you again.
