Hey all,

Have heard alot of good things about this forum and the guys who are all in it. My name is Moua Her from Auburn, Georgia. Just starting out in this business so forgive me if you see a thread I post that has been asked already. Hope to meet some of you legends of the industry. Will be starting out my business in this small town doing residential exterior and hopefully get into the commercial scene. I've gotten all my equipment listed down and doing the paper side so if anyne have any templates of contract/proposals ect thats willing to help me out, id appreciate it. The best tip I could give is to keep Work Quality & Customer Service your #1 priority. To maximize profits, be "Efficient" in all aspects of your business. Building a profitable business is a marathon not a sprint....slow & steady wins the race. Expect to commit 3-5 years to building a sustainable, profitable business.
