Cleaning aluminum building

I've been ask to quote cleaning a building the is entirely aluminum. Do anyone have any suggestions on what to use to clean it? It is around 70,000 sf.
The outside of the building is aluminum. It is not textured but smooth sheets. It has some oxidation on it and some algae buildup but overall it's not too bad. There is a new owner and he wants everything cleaned, buildings, parking lots and sidewalks.

You might need SH on the algae, and if you do rinse a ton to get it off the metal. I did this one with f-13 from pressure tek.
