Qualifications
  • Ability to satisfactorily perform and pass an in-house welding test
  • General knowledge of T.I.G welding
  • Ability to weld-build to specific dimensional requirements
  • Comfortable sitting/standing at a welding station for extended periods
  • Capable of passing a visual examination and interpreting work instructions
  • Flexible to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of welding experience
  • U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Permanent Resident)
Responsibilities
  • Perform welding tasks per work instructions, utilizing T.I.G welding techniques
  • Ensure consistent product flow and prioritization in the department
  • Conduct weld repairs meeting N.D.T. quality standards
  • Weld with various alloys of aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, mild steel as specified
  • Operate equipment and tools safely, adhering to safety protocols
  • Report safety issues and follow management directives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

ABOUT Cedar Creek Innovations Warranty

Manufacturer Recommended Installations on
Generation 1 & Gen 2 Complete Wash Skid Shelves.

Shelves are to be mounted directly at 1" above customers pickup truck bed rails.
Center skid inside of the pick-up bed.

(It is recommended that the skid be bolted down to the truck bed utilizing
(non - provided ½" Diameter Grade-8 Hardware) (This is for saftey, & to
eliminate movement of your product) (It is up to the Customer &/or Distributor
to know your DOT laws as this may be required by your State)

Mount the Included 2" Diameter x 1" Height, Heavy-Duty rubber isolator pucks
& Included Stainless Steel Hardware onto the bottom of the driver/passenger
equipment shelf ends. (Drilling required) ( Drill utilizing a ⅜" or 13/32" cobalt
metal drill bit. Hole should be drilled through the shelf & through the shelf
gusset. Fixed together with your Included ⅜" Stainless Steel hardware &
Rubber Isolator Puck. (One per each shelf end)

Included Isolator pucks are a manufacturer recommendation for vibration reduction
& added support between the pickup bed rails and your skid.

Distributors are to follow manufacturer recommended installation or to self provide
warranty protection for non-recommended.

Failure to follow manufacturer installation recommendations can & may result in
premature wear points, damage to your skid & / or vehicle, voided factory warranty.
