I would like some feed back on what you would charge for 85,000 square feet of concrete. It is with a HOA in a townhome community. It involves driveways, sidewalks, and curbing through out a 93 unit community.

You can bid it by sq ft or by how long you think it will take to do that. How many guy you have. and what you got to make a profit.

Hey Rick...How are things going buddy? Whats the condition of this concrete...also have you factored in home many times you will need to reposition your rig?

One Time Clean Up?
Yearly?
Quarterly?
Monthly?

Does it involve cleaning back patio cement slabs? Usually there is alot of peples stuff you have to move around even if you give them notice to mpve the stuff themselves. They seem to "forget".

Hi Carlos,

Sorry to bug you. I was asked to bid on a shopping center with about 9500 S.f of sidewalks at 1x per week. I am just getting into commercial flatwork, do you have a rough idea of a decent price sq.ft range? Any help would be great. Thank-you!

Once a week !! I cant get them to do it more than 2 times a year right now. You should have a minimum on S/C we keep it @ $500.00 and that's where that one would be at.
